« On Februay 8th, 211 Manoir Hovey experienced the misfortune of a serious fire with even more serious water damage that was luckily brought under control by firefighters within a few hours. Not knowing what to do with the water and smoke damage that were evidently going to be a major problem following this disaster we fell very content that we made the decision to call Phoenix Intervention Après Sinistre.
It would be hard to put into words how impressed we were with the level of organization and professionalism displayed by this company. The arrived on site with equipment to start drying water damage and remove smoke contamination within minutes of the departure of the fire department and worked day and night from that moment forward to ensure the minimum possible damage to the main building of our 5 Star Relais & Châteaux hotel.
All members of thePhoenixteam worked incredibly hard and with a very high level of organization and professionalism. We were so impressed with the way in whichPhoenixresponded to the fire and water damage that we decided to also hire them as the main contractors for the reconstruction of the fire damaged areas of the hotel. Once again they surprised and impressed us with the absolute attention to detail and entirely impressive quality of work that was displayed. And it quite frankly isn’t easy to impress us as we operate a 5 star hotel and work with one ofCanada’s best interior designers. Nevertheless, thePhoenixteam had no trouble delivering the quality of work needed.
